Accountability
Team & deliverables.
Each deliverable carries a ledger — the reports, sheets and evidence submitted against it. Add an entry with its link, mark it Draft, Submitted or Verified. Submitted entries surface on Home until verified.
Daily work
Show up, every day.
One sentence a day on what you worked on — research, outreach, networking, content, learning, code, anything that moves Detlio. It counts as work, fills your activity bar, and goes into the weekly report for the WhatsApp group. Your days per week are a minimum, not the goal: the people who show up every day and ship fast are the ones who make Detlio work.

With a 6-day week, being active 6 days out of 7 is 100%. Sunday off doesn’t count against anyone.
Performance reviews
Nothing goes unrewarded.
Month by month and quarter by quarter: who showed up consistently, who went past their targets, and who needs to step up. Uncapped, built from the same numbers as the weekly activity bar. Lock a period when it ends to freeze it for the record.
Accountability
Who owes what, by when.
Every task, deliverable, milestone and meeting action that has an owner — in one place. Overdue items, missed deadlines and quiet weeks are visible to the whole team. Founders included.
Tell the tracker who you are (the selector above) — that’s how your updates, acceptances and “last update” get credited to you.

Garage onboarding
Every garage, who brought it in.
Work the queue, log every call or visit in one tap, and see who reached and onboarded how many — this week, last week or any stretch. Ad leads land here too.
In Meta Ads Manager / Leads Center, download the leads for the garage form (CSV) and paste them below, header row included. Name, phone, city/area, the campaign and when the lead came in are picked up automatically. Each lead lands as New lead with a follow-up due the next day. Leads already in the list (same phone or lead ID) are skipped.
Copy rows from Google Sheets (header row included) and paste below. Columns are matched by name — Garage Name, Phone, Feedback/Status, Link Shown, Comments, Address, plus optional Type, How, Area, Date, Onboarded by. Garages already in the list (same phone) are skipped.

Marketing
Every rupee, accounted for.
Spend, campaigns and the whole funnel — seen, clicked, landed, signed up, booked — in one place, so we can see what’s working, fix where people drop off, and cut what burns money without bookings.
In Meta or Google Ads Manager, export (or copy) the campaign table for one week with these columns: Campaign name, Amount spent, Impressions, Link clicks, Landing page views, Results. Paste it below, header row included. New campaign names are added automatically; the same campaign + week replaces the old numbers.

Signing to scale.
Step-by-step milestones from execution through go-live, POC, funding and expansion. A phase's gate should be green before the next one starts.

Six months to POC.
The proof-of-concept arc dissected month by month — product build nested inside operations, growth and capital, with owners on every line and targets that turn into actuals as we go. Edit any amber number; ticks and edits sync live for everyone.

How to read this in the meeting. Each month has a gate — what must be true before the next month's plan is real. Product (Lokesh) builds inside the same months as ops and growth, so nobody waits on anybody. Targets marked in amber are set together; actuals get filled as they land and the charts redraw for everyone.
Decisions & record
Meetings & weekly syncs.
Agenda, decisions, minutes, actions — and the recording. Paste a Fathom, Loom, YouTube or Drive link and preview it right here. Anything left Open surfaces on the Home tab.
The record
Important documents.
Agreements, annexures, policies, brand assets and finance records — as links to the Drive, or small files stored right in the tracker (under 1.5 MB each) so they travel with the shared state.
